Coming up with the marketing plan

Okay so, the internal marketing team is here again! This time we are working on our marketing plan for this event. The idea is to figure out what we do, when we do it, who does it and how we pull it off. To start off, we have brainstormed some ideas of how to market the International Week in our school. We will publish the IW14 schedule (when it’s ready) on our school’s intra for faculty and students, on Laurea Tikkurila’s website and Facebook page and on the International Week’s Facebook and event pages. Of course you will see the schedule here on the blog as well. We will also design a poster for IW14 and after printing it out, spread it all over the school. One good place for a poster is on the elevator – you have to stand there anyway, why not make use of that time! The posters will be spread around the school a week or two prior to the event.
